The Role

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a key role in uncovering valuable insights from collecting, cleaning and orgainzing data from multiple sources. By performing segmentation and analysing large data sets you will use your business intelligence expertise, to design interactive reports to track key performance metrics, monitor user experience, and keep our team informed about tech developments, especially in artificial intelligence.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Bachelor’s level degree in Data Analysis, Business or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be adaptive to change.
  • Experience in data manipulation and reporting,
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working in a team environment.
  • Critical thinking: Ability to perform comprehensive research online and interpret data meaningfully to offer actionable insights.
  • Excellent Organisation and Reporting skills.
  • Strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Data/Business Analysis or related discipline.
  • Proficiency in using CRM programs such as Hub-Spot, Log Rocket, Pendo & Intercom.
  • 1+ Years Work Experience in a Business Analysis role.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects being able to use initiative, work independently and prioritise tasks.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise data from CRM systems, enhancing its functionality for key areas.
  • Collect, Clean and Organise raw data from various sources, performing data manipulation and segmentation.
  • Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns and insights , applying business intelligence and reporting knowledge to make informed decisions and present recommendations senior management.
  • Design and build interactive reports to help business areas track performance.
  • Organise and Maintain industry level analysis reporting to management about tech developments in areas such as Artificial Intelligence.
  • Monitoring and reporting on customer journey and user experience data.
  • Monitoring trends and changes affecting our competitive environment.
  • Make data-driven recommendations based on research pieces.
  • Identifying data related errors and proposing fixes.
  • Adherence with GDPR, ensuring data integrity and privacy.
