The Role

This role will require some out of hours support when necessary.

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and growth by building and nurturing customer relationships. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, providing support, guidance, and strategic insights to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes using our platform. You’ll collaborate closely with other teams, including Sales, Product Marketing , to improve the customer experience and drive product adoption.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve all incoming support queries
  • Assist the product marketing team in maintaining the Hurree Help Centre
  • Manage customer feedback channels on slack/forms
  • Assist Sales with Customer handovers and onboarding
  • Manage ongoing client relationships
  • Manage subscription upgrades and renewals
  • Create training and guidance videos for clients
  • Hold webinar-style walkthroughs for prospects/clients
  • Become a product expert so that you can troubleshoot any customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Work closely with the product team to review requests including features, tools, data, and other needs

Experience, Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles, preferably within a SaaS or tech start up environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new software tools; experience with CRM and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Intercom HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on empathy, patience, and attentiveness.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in customer engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
