Role Purpose:

Our Product Manager will be dynamic and customer-centric with a proven track record in driving exceptional customer experiences and utilizing user feedback to enhance product growth. They will play a pivotal role in transforming ideas into successful market-ready products. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to take a product from early stages with customers to market, showcasing their expertise in Growth PM skills.

What we’re looking for:

Essential

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on understanding customer experience and gaining user feedback.
  • Experience in a start-up environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in taking a product from early-stage customers to market.
  • Experience in gathering user feedback
  • Experience in managing and leading a product roadmap
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring that products meet high-quality standards.
  • Proven track record of delivering products to deadlines.
  • Experience researching and defining key features, specifications, and requirements based on customer preferences.
  • Experience in competitor analysis.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are meticulously scoped, planned, and resourced for optimal success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, milestones, and sign-off criteria.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance documentation.
  • Track and report progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct research (including industry insights, interviews, sales feedback, and competitor analysis) to identify new opportunities to drive upcoming releases.
  • Effectively manage scope and handle requirements changes.
  • Inform and analyze the outcomes of product tests and experiments, influencing design decisions based on user feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring tasks are detailed and actionable for development and design teams.
  • Lead product meetings with clear agendas and follow-up actions.
  • Conduct research to identify and prioritize opportunities for upcoming releases, aligning with product strategy.
  • Act as a product expert, ensuring new tasks align with existing features and addressing potential edge cases.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, releases, and timelines.
  • Manage customer feedback channels, including Slack and feedback sessions, to incorporate insights into the product.
  • Organize and maintain the product backlog, continuously evaluating and improving processes.
  • Assess release effectiveness based on customer uptake and team feedback.
  • Manage feature requests and support networking or event planning as needed.
