About the role

As a Product Marketing Executive at Hurree, you will support the Product Marketing team in creating effective content and strategies to enhance user engagement and product adoption. You'll work closely with teams across the company to produce help articles, customer success stories, and product webinars while ensuring that all product marketing materials are accurate and up to date. Your understanding of product analytics will help guide decisions on how best to communicate product updates and align with user needs. Additionally, you will assist with product launches and campaigns aimed at improving product understanding and usage.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Product Marketing team, providing support to the Product Marketing Manager and the rest of the Marketing Department.
  • Conduct regular audits of product marketing content to ensure accuracy and relevancy, proposing updates as needed.
  • Coordinate the creation of customer stories, working closely with sales and marketing to highlight success stories.
  • Drive product education by creating and managing support content including Help Articles, How to guides, product webinars and explainer videos.
  • Ensure contacts are up to date with the latest Hurree updates and releases.
  • Closely monitor product and customer analytics and work with the product experience manager to create a clear picture of the user journey.
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager and wider product team to understand the roadmap and assist in launching new solutions to the market, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.
  • Work alongside the Product Marketing Manager in creating new campaigns to help increase user adoption, product stickiness and customer understanding.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
  • Strong ability to write technically for various audiences.
  • Passion for creative product-based storytelling.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, growth, market and user research, product management, & people enablement best practices.
  • Can thrive in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.
