Calling all B2B social media enthusiasts (all 2 of you)! Hurree is looking for a social media content creator to…well, create content for our social media channels.

First, let us introduce ourselves. Hurree is a fast-growing SaaS company that brings together your entire tech stack into one, powerful data analytics and visualisation platform. In layman’s terms, we give you the power to create awesome dashboards, analyse all of your data, and share that with whoever you want to.

What exactly would you be doing?

We need someone to grow our followers, increase engagement, track and anaylse performance, and make Hurree the name everyone thinks of when they hear the phrase’ data analysis’…easy!

On a more practical level, your main responsibilities will be things like: creating engaging video content for TikTok ,Instagram, YouTube, and beyond; scheduling more traditional posts across our LinkedIn, Threads, and Twitter (we don’t call it X here) that will help build our brand presence and generate leads; and overseeing community engagement - think interacting with followers, building relationships with other brands online, etc. Essentially, you will be the face and voice of Hurree.

  • Create - Create daily engaging and informative video content for our social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Threads); and written posts for the less visually inclined.
  • Plan - Develop creative, engaging, and impactful content ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Research industry trends and collaborate with our Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Design Teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Represent - Be the face of Hurree, embodying our brand’s personality and engaging with our audience in a relatable and authentic way.
  • Report - Track, analyse and report on the effectiveness of your activity and identify opportunities to improve.
  • Engage - You will engage with followers, prospective customers, and brands on our social media platforms.
  • Monitor - Stay up-to-date with trends across platforms, what our competitors are doing, and any industry news that may impact our social strategy.
  • Collaborate - work across the business to support campaigns, including product launches, content development, and cultural initiatives.

Who are you?

This is a new role, so we want someone to come in and make it their own. We are open to different levels of experience (though some marketing knowledge is preferred) - passion for social media is our main concern - but here are some specifics:

  • You are enthusiastic and don’t mind a bit of cringe. Puns are an absolute must (at least according to our Growth Marketing Manager).
  • You have a talent for identifying content that will engage and land with an audience. And you’ll thrive being in front of the camera, whether doing the latest TikTok dance or answering questions about the Hurree platform.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of established and emerging social media platforms. We currently focus on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, but are open to new possibilities.
  • Analytical skills are a must (sorry, it’s not all fun and games). While we like to have fun, all our social media campaigns are data-driven, so we need someone who can analyse the data and make recommendations accordingly.
  • You’ll have some marketing experience, either from a marketing course or on-the-job experience.

This is a hybrid role based in our Belfast office. Because we want our social media to highlight our office, people, and dogs, we would need you in the office 2-3 days per week. If that all sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

What you’ll get in Return:

  • Competitive salary with a Dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career advancement.
  • Comprehensive Private health and dental care
  • Pension scheme
  • Generous annual leave (35 Days inc Bank Holidays)
  • Flexible work schedule and remote work options.
  • Professional development opportunities and ongoing training.
  • MacBook
  • Employee discounts via Perks Directory
  • Quarterly fully expensed social events
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • Mental health support via Spill

Equal opportunities:

Hurree is an equal opportunity employer and as such you are welcome regardless of race, creed, gender, disability, family status or sexual orientation. Confidence can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But we'll let you in on a secret: there's no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. Hurree is a place where everyone can grow. So however, you identify and whatever background you bring with you, please apply if this is a role that would make you excited to come to work
